Partnerships
Knox-Metropolitan United Church is delighted to have a wide array relationships and partnerships to work with.
Within our building we have several organizations and individuals offering support to the wider community. The Regina Anti-Poverty Ministry seeks justice for the economically vulnerable in our province. The Regina Native Outreach Ministry sees a future where First Peoples of this Land and settler peoples are repairing relationships, encouraging the voices of the voiceless, and walking the paths of our spiritualities together.
Heather VanStarkenburg, MSW, RSW offers care of the soul to men and women, in a way thaat restores your meaning and confidence. She works to help you be creative and productive, and strong in relationships. Heather creates a safe space for you to explore your soul’s healing. In shared thoughts and feelings, healing can take place. Heather brings deep care to your relationship with the goal of helping you to thrive.
Heather offers her counselling service by donation, as she knows that counselling can be costly. If you are interested in working with Heather or if you have any questions, please connect with Heather at hvansta@hotmail.com or by phone at 306-501-2857.
Throughout the year Knox-Metropolitan also hosts an Annual Choral Festival, multiple concerts, lectures, and community events. We seek to be a place for people to gather—whether they are making music, fighting for justice, or making new friends.
If you are looking for a partner for a project and believe that Knox-Met would be a good fit, please contact the office at info@knoxmetregina.org or by phone at 306-525-9128 to let us know you’d like to work with us.
