Labyrinth

Labyrinth

Labyrinth walking in an ancient practice used by many different faiths for spiritual centering, contemplation, and prayer. At Knox-Met we have a canvas labyrinth that is a replica of the one found in the Chartres Cathedral in France.

A labyrinth is not a maze. Entering the serpentine path of a labyrinth, you walk slowly while quieting your mind and focusing on a question or prayer.

The labyrinth can be used in workshops for school groups, corporations, or other organizations who are interested in this ancient practice. Contact the church office for more information. 306-525-9128 or info@knoxmetregina.org
